I have been trying to upload different kinds of MP4 format videos, but it wouldn’t be able to do so. Please help. Check for me pls.. It’s pretty frustrating.

    Greetings, Geoff.
There are multiple reasons as to why this is happening.
1. The size of the videos, as of now Invanto only supports 500mb and below video file size.
2. The videos are corrupted – Play the videos on your side before uploading them
3. The videos we’re clipped – Sometimes the file is not fully uploaded, in order to confirm this, use the “List View” in file manager and check the file size of the video. (Image included)
Let me know which of this matches your issue.

I’m having the same problem! I uploaded all my videos – which I thought I saved just like before (H264, AAC, MP4) – and keep getting the attached error message. Any idea what’s wrong? (I tried logging out & clearing cookies, plus deleting & re-uploading the video.) Some play for a few seconds before the error pops up, some not at all.
My largest video is just over 100 MB, but only shows about 1/3 of that size in the list view. Please let me know how to fix it.
This is a common error that happens on some browsers, have a look at this article for more details:

How to Fix No Video with Supported Format and MIME type found

I suggest using another browser or deleting some browser plugins. You can also upload your videos through Youtube and embed them to your course or upload your videos on dropbox and upload them to your course using the “Dropbox” option instead of local machine.

Le me know if I can assist you anywhere else.
