I am trying to setup a coupon and have all boxes completed except for Prefix. Although it shows in blue it won’t let me type or paste anything inside the box. Can you please advise? Thanks.

I can’t enter a prefix either. I don’t know if this is related, but I can’t seem to find what the coupon code is so that I can share it. Is this the prefix?
