I have an existing resource site that targets parents of school-age children that contains blog articles, worksheets, inventories/questionnaires, etc. I was under the impression that MemberFactory could be used to ‘gate’ this existing site, allowing certain categories of users with specific sets of user privileges access to certain areas of the site but it seems I was wrong. Unless I’m wrong, it seems to me that I have to duplicate the content I already have on my WordPress site on the MemberFactory platform in order to avail of the features associated with MemberFactory.
Could someone on the MemberFactory team kindly advise me on a workaround, if one exists??

You can upload the content in our platform to recreate the site and can also use WordPress plugins.
Take a look at Academy section and it will get you going: https://net.invanto.com/academy

Can you be more spesific on the workaround to import wordpress files? Otherwise it will take 2 days to find the answer. Most of the videos in academy does not have labels telling what the content. That makes us waste time finding what we need. They are however good.
But where is the place to learn how to import wordpress and even use wp-plugins?September 19, 2018 at 2:42 am #2069
To import content from your WP site, you would have to copy the source code from your WP Site into the MemberFactory site. This can be done in the content section of MemberFactory. This screenshot might help: https://www.screencast.com/t/PLMSHA7A

Raw html makes sense. but this seems unrealistic to have source code to recreate wordpress + plugins – Ideally there should be a wordpress pluginSeptember 25, 2018 at 11:24 pm #2097
The WP plugin is on the roadmap. For now, the workaround is to copy the source code from your WP site to MemberFactory.
